Website Analytics

Server Logs

Our hosting provider automatically collects server logs including: IP address (anonymized after 30 days), browser type and version, pages requested, date and time of access, and referring URL. Legal basis: legitimate interest in ensuring website security and proper functioning. Retention: 30 days.

How We Use Your Data

We use collected data exclusively to: improve our website content and user experience, respond to inquiries submitted through contact forms, ensure website security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Third-Party Services

We share data with the following processors who act on our behalf under data processing agreements:

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — website analytics. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Data may be transferred to the US under EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Hosting Provider — our web hosting stores website data on servers located within the European Economic Area.

Cookie Consent Tool — manages your cookie preferences. Processes: consent status and timestamp.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties.

International Data Transfers

Google Analytics may transfer data to the United States. This transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. No other international data transfers occur.

Data Retention

Contact form data: 12 months. Server logs: 30 days (IP anonymized). Analytics data: 14 months (aggregated, anonymized). Cookie consent records: 12 months.

Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under GDPR Articles 15-22:

Right of access (Art. 15): Request a copy of personal data we hold about you.

Right to rectification (Art. 16): Request correction of inaccurate data.

Right to erasure (Art. 17): Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).

Right to restrict processing (Art. 18): Request limitation of data processing.

Right to data portability (Art. 19): Receive your data in a machine-readable format.

Right to object (Art. 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent (e.g., contact forms, analytics cookies). Withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any right, email privacy@trc-guide.pl. We respond within 30 days. If unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland: Urzad Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.

Children

Our website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
